Helps persons find low-cost Internet access, digital devices, and phone options. Provides digital literacy skills instruction and basic technical support concerning computers, tablets, smartphones, and connecting to WIFI and wireless networks.
Eligibility: Residents of Philadelphia, including recent immigrants and refugees living in Philadelphia
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 12:00pm to 4:00pm.

If residents call outside of these hours, they are encouraged to leave a message for a callback that they will receive in 1 to 2 business days.
