Jay Cooke Elementary School - Traditional Art and Mural Arts Program
Traditional Art and Mural Arts Programs promote cultural understanding to increase academic achievement, strengthen self-esteem and identity, and build leadership through art. Visual art includes mural arts and mosaic arts. Performance art includes folk dance, modern dance, and drama. Artists are recruited from the Logan/Olney neighborhood.
