Philadelphia - Heater Hotline
Provides free emergency heater repairs for eligible households. Repairs include oil burners, gas valves, thermostats and heating controls, chimney and flue, circulator and blowers, and heating pipes and gas leaks.
Eligibility: Serves residents in Philadelphia that own and occupy single family homes. Income guidelines apply; call for more information.
Hours: Winter Hours: 24 hours a day
Spring/Summer: 7:00am to 5:00pm
