Philadelphia - Adaptive Modifications Program
Provides major adaptations to a house or a rental unit to help individuals with physical disabilities to live independently in their own homes and avoid institutionalization. Provides free adaptations to a house or an apartment, allowing easier access to and mobility within the home.
Eligibility: Serves residents in Philadelphia who have a permanent disability, are the owner-occupant or have the owner’s permission to make modifications, live in a property that is structurally sound, have not received AMP services in the past, are current with property taxes, or whose landlord is current with property taxes.
Income guidelines apply; call for details.

Friday, 9:00am to 12:00pm
