Offers wraparound services, behavioral health rehabilitation services, school theraputic services, and outpatient services. Through individualized treatment planning, consumers address existential factors and achieve social and emotional stability.
Eligibility: In order to receive services, you must be Medicaid eligible; or have other insurance which covers behavioral health services; or possess the ability to pay a fee for service.
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 7:00pm
Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm
