Philadelphia - Code Blue Shelter
Provides shelter to animals when the temperature, wind chill, and precipitation combined result in real feel temperatures near or below 20 degrees Fahrenheit. Also provides free straw bedding for caretakers or owners of pets and community cats who spend most or all of their time outdoors.
Eligibility: No limitations or restrictions
Hours: Shelter Hours: Monday through Sunday, 10:00am to 6:00pm
Straw Pick-up: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 8:00pm; Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, 8:00am to 6:00pm
