C) Household income is at or below 175 percent of Federal Poverty Level

Fee Amounts:
If the UESF grant plus PGW’s matching amount do not meet the full
balance, the customer is responsible for paying the remaining
portion.

Grant is offered when no other federal aid is available. The
maximum UESF grant amount is $1,500. PGW matches the amount of the
UESF grant.
