Helpful Tips: The box will have 4 canned vegetables, 2 cans of fruit, 1 can of meat or tuna, 2 cans of juice, 2 boxes of breakfast cereal, milk, pasta, a meat substitute such as peanut butter or beans, and a 2-pound package of cheese.
