Safety Net Program
Provides financial assistance to qualified families, caretakers, guardians or foster parents for childcare for their children from birth through 13 years of age.
Eligibility: A) Families with children aged 6 weeks to 13 years old
B) Adult member(s) of a family who are working or searching for work, educating/job training or in a rehabilitation program
C) Annual family income under the 300th percentile of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
D) Teenage parents who need child care services for their own children while they are in school/GED programs or at work
E) Families who have an emergency or respite need for child care service
