Charles Widger School of Law - Asylum, Refugee, And Emigrant Services
Assigns students, working in pairs, to represent from beginning to end one or more refugees fleeing human rights abuses in a court proceeding before an Immigration Judge or in an interview before an Asylum Officer.
Eligibility: Serves individuals who have fled severe human rights abuses in their home countries and are seeking religious or political asylum protection in the United States.
