Butler Area Office - Repair and Rehabilitation Loans and Grants
Provides loans to homeowners to repair, improve, or modernize their homes or grants to elderly homeowners to remove health and safety hazards. Assists people with Lead Service Lines that need to be replaced.
Eligibility: For Loans:
A) Must own and occupy the home at the time of application
B) Home must be located in a rural area or small town
C) Meets income guidelines

For Grants:
A) Must be age 62 and older
B) Able to repay a repair loan
