Eligibility: For Direct Loans:
A) Legal citizen
B) Adults age 18 and older
C) Meets income guidelines
D) Have a good credit history
E) Have a reoccurring stable income

For Guaranteed Loans:
A) Families without adequate housing
B) Able to afford mortgage payments, taxes, and insurance
C) Meets income guidelines
D) Have reasonable credit histories

Helpful Tips: Funds can be used to build, repair, renovate, or relocate a home, or to purchase and prepare sites, including providing water and sewer facilities. Those with low or very low incomes may qualify for direct loans. Those with more moderate incomes may qualify for guaranteed loans.
