Main - OnTrack Payment Plan
Working with local agencies, OnTrack offers a payment plan to existing PPL clients. OnTrack will pay for the difference in monthly electric bill, as long as clients pay the OnTrack bill in full by each monthly due date. Reduced monthly payments are based on each household's income.
Eligibility: Must be a PPL customer
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 10:00pm, Power outage 24/7
