Lycoming County State Health Center - Vaccine for Children Program (VFC)
Provides the commonly recommended vaccinations to children who do not have health insurance or children who are insured but whose insurance does not cover immunizations (underinsured) are eligible to receive federally funded vaccines at public sites, including Federally Qualified Health Centers and Rural Health Clinics. Vaccines offered for adults are updated tetanus and influenza. Current vaccine records are necessary. Check with Health Department 1-877-PA-HEALTH for locations and current or upcoming dates.
Eligibility: A) Younger than 19 years of age
B) Medicaid-eligible
C) Uninsured
D) Underinsured (insurance does not cover vaccines or only certain vaccines)
E) American Indian or Alaska Native
