Provides classes and case support for Deaf refugees, immigrants, and asylees in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Classes include learning ASL, English, learning about the USA, and preparation for citizenship tests.
Eligibility: Deaf or significantly hard of hearing refugees, immigrants, and asylees residing in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties
