West Chester - DeafBlind SSP Program
Provides Support Service Providers (SSPs), up to 10 hours monthly, for DeafBlind individuals in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Assists with navigating and communication for shopping, medical appointments, banking, amd meetings with others; dealing with mail, email, phone calls, and other communication; payment of bills; and support during travel, pursuit of employment, and community participation.
Eligibility: Individuals with documented significant hearing and vision loss residing in Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Lebanon, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties
