Clinton County Assistance Office - LIHEAP
Helps low-income families pay their heating bills. LIHEAP is a grant that offers assistance in the form of a cash grant, sent directly to the utility company, or a crisis grant for households in immediate danger of being without heat.
Eligibility: Serves residens of Clinton county. Must meet income guidelines. You don't have to be on public assistance. You don't need to have unpaid heating bills. You can rent or own your home. Call or visit website for income requirement.
Hours: LIHEAP Season: November 4th, 2024 through April 4th, 2025
