Provides nurse-managed health and wellness screenings, including supportive interaction and education with a focus on the toxic consequences of poverty such as asthma, hypertension, diabetes, severe foot issues, and stress. Also partners with a podiatrist to address lower extremity amputations.
Eligibility: Low-income households
Hours: General Healthcare: Monday, Thursday through Saturday, 10:00am to 2:00pm
Podiatrist: Monthly 2nd Saturday,12:00pm to 2:00pm; 3rd Saturday,10:00am to 12:00pm
