Transition School - Transition Program
Teaches high school students with disabilities or special needs the life skills needed to live on their own, prepare for competitive employment and become productive members of the community.
Eligibility: High school juniors and seniors
Hours: Office: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm; Intake: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm; Program: Students attend classes one day a week
