Offers a substance use disorder treatment program designed to bridge the gap from rehab to recovery. Assesses and addresses the physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual and environmental issues arising out of substance use disorder and transition clients into lives of sustainable, self-directed recovery.
Eligibility: Adults age 18 and older
Hours: Monday through Sunday, 8:00am to 3:30pm
