Serves to assess, develop, improve, and evaluate a comprehensive, coordinated, and collaborative system of services for children, adolescents, and their families. Assists in gaining access to needed services in mental health, developmental disabilities, child welfare, juvenile justice, drug and alcohol, education services, and/or vocational rehabilitation.
Eligibility:
  • Children, adoelscents, and families involved in 2 or more child-serving systems
  • Residents of Berks County
