Eligibility:
Participants must be Luzerne or Wyoming County residents. Only one
registration per address/unit will be accepted. If you live with
another family, you must register together. If more than one
registration is received for the same address, only the first one
will be honored.
Hours:
Registration: September 23rd, 2024 through November 8th, 2024

Intake Procedure:
Register on intake website or by phone.
During registration, a QR code will be created. The QR code must be brought to the food distribution for check-in and to verify pre-registration.
When registering on intake website, the QR code will be displayed on registration confirmation screen and will be sent via email. When registering over the phone, the QR code will be emailed and mailed to the participant. You will also receive a second email a few days before your pick-up date with another copy of your confirmation.
