Eligibility:
A) Must be a renter, residing in Luzerne or Wyoming County.
B) Must qualify for Unemployment or have experienced a reduction in household income, incurred significant costs, or experienced a financial hardship due to COVID-19.
C) Must demonstrate a risk of experiencing homelessness or loss of housing stability.
D) Must meet the program's gross household area median income guidelines.

Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (Closed for lunch 12:00pm
to 1:00pm).

complete online application or print out application.
Intake Requirements:
All documents must be provided to CEO to begin the application
process. Renter Application and Landlord Application required along
with require documentation.
