The goal of the program is to promote housing stability among very low-income Veteran families who reside in or are transitioning to permanent housing.
Support outreach, casemanagement and other flexible assistance to rapidly re-house Veterans who become homeless or prevent Veterans from becoming homeless.
Eligibility:
Eligible veteran is a person who served in the active military,
naval or air services and who was discharged or released under
conditions other than dishonorable. A Reservist can also be
considered eligible if activated during "War time" or in a "State
of Emergency" and deployed out of State.
Income guidelines: Household income does not exceed 50% of area median income. Call for information.

Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (Closed for lunch 12:00pm
to 1:00pm).

Intake Procedure:
Call the office and contact representative for Veteran's
programming.
Intake Requirements:
Veteran must have a qualifying DD214 form or other VA approved
documentation.
