CEO will be operating the VITA Program as a drop-off site where clients can drop-off their tax documents and pick-up completed tax returns when done.
Only face-to face contact with clients will be the person verifying identity, eligibility, and making certain all tax documents, forms, and signatures are in the drop-off packet at time of drop-off. Only complete packets will be accepted.
Eligibility:
Individuals and families with annual income of $67,000 or less in
2024. Open to anyone who can come to the CEO Wilkes-Barre location
for the service.
Hours:
Beginning February 3rd, 2025 until April 3rd, 2025
Tax Packets can be picked up or dropped off: Monday through Thursday, 9:30am to 11:30am, 1:30pm to 4:00pm; Wednesdays, 5:00pm to 7:00pm

Free to eligible individuals.
Intake Procedure:
No appointment is needed. Pick up packet, fill out packet
completely, drop off tax packet and all tax documents during drop
off times. You will be called once completed. Can call or use Tax
line for recorded information on the drop-off procedures.
Intake Requirements:
Pick up tax packet with information, necessary forms and check list
of required documents at the CEO Fuel Crisis Office lobby. Once
completed drop-off the packet during the hours listed.
