Wyoming County Active Adult Center - Farmer's Market Nutrition Vouchers
Provides eligible seniors with vouchers for fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables. Each qualifying individual will receive four (5) $10 vouchers to redeem at a local approved Farmers' Market.

Eligibility: Must be a resident of Wyoming County. Must be at least 60 years of age by December 31, 2024. Persons who reside in a nursing home, personal care home, domiciliary home, or convent are not eligible. Must meet income guidelines based on 2024.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Senior Farmers Market Vouchers will be distributed June 20th, 2024, 10:00am to 2:00pm

Intake Procedure: Distribution will begin in June 2024 and will be in person only, with no applications necessary, just proof of address and age.

Helpful Tips: If an eligible senior is physically unable to attend a distribution event in person, a proxy can act in their place, with a completed proxy form. Blank Proxy forms to print can be found on intake website or can be mailed upon request. A person may be a proxy for up to four (4) persons
