Hotline counselors will conduct a lethality assessment to triage the limited number of beds for those in most imminent danger due to an abusive relationship. All calls are confidential and toll free.
Geographical Area: Philadelphia County
Helpful Tips: If the emergency shelters are at full capacity, hotline counselors will safety plan with callers to identify other safe options until a bed opens up. The census at the shelters changes daily, so those in need are encouraged to call regularly.
Facility/ADA Access: Both shelters are ADA compliant and accessible.
