Street2Feet Outreach Center - Street 2 Feet Day Shelter
A day center that provides services case management, linkage to mental health services, linkage to drug and alcohol services, medical clinic, dental clinic, and vocational support. . Other basic services like bathroom and showering facilities, as well as laundry facilities, are also available. Street 2 Feet is a program under RHD Crossroads Community Services. There are no overnight services available with this program.
Eligibility: Must be homeless or at risk of becoming homeless within 14 days.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 2:00pm
