Provides psychiatric rehabilitation services to adults with severe and persistent mental health challenges in Carbon and Schuylkill County.
Eligibility: Must be 18 years of age with a documented mental health diagnosis. Must be a resident of Carbon or Schuylkill County.
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:30am to 2:30pm
