Penndel Mental Health Center - Bucks; Langhorne - Intellectual Disabilities Supports Coordination
Provides care coordination, case management, referrals, and support to children, adolescents and adults diagnosed with an intellectual disability prior to age 22.
Eligibility: All referrals come through the Bucks County Office of Mental Health/Developmental Programs, where eligibility for services is determined.
Hours: Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
