Raises awareness of healthcare fraud and abuse in Medicare and Medicaid programs. Provides education about healthcare fraud, how to report it, and how to self-advocate in a complex healthcare system. Takes calls from those suspecting fraud and assist in making complaints with the proper agency and/or help resolve problems.
Eligibility: Serves Medicaire beneficiaries, their families, and caregivers.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
