Gaudenzia Delta - Delta House
Provides up to 18 months of case management services and rapid re-housing funding.
Case Management Services consist of life skills case management, with an emphasis on money management, self-awareness, parenting, decision making, goal setting, increasing income through education, and significant job training to attain employment at a livable wage.
Eligibility: Homeless single parents. (Literally Homelessness defined by HUD), with an emphasis on priority populations which are youth age 18-24 years of age, families, fleeing domestic violence, or substance abuse disorder or recovering
