Provides an array of mental health services including case management, inpatient/outpatient services, family-based services, child/adolescent services, vocational rehabilitation/training, resource coordination, and housing support.
Eligibility: Individuals from the age of three through the lifespan that are diagnosed with emotional disorders or mental illness living in Centre County.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Crisis intervention services are available 24/7.
