Eligibility:
Children aged birth to three years old who exhibit a developmental
delay of 25% or greater, a medical or mental health diagnosis, or
the need for informed clinical opinion. Must reside in Centre
County.

Contact the office and tell the operator you would like to discuss
a developmental evaluation for your child.
