Provides information on the procedure and process to people facing legal problems, as well as information on how to get an attorney. Offers forms and instruction packets for custody, divorce, name change, etc., and also has research materials for other types of cases.
Eligibility: No limitations or restrictions - No exclusions or requirements for service
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 9:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:00pm; Closed one Friday per month for trainings and meetings

Fee Amounts: Fees to purchase packets in center, range from $1.00 - $5.00
Intake Procedure: Walk-ins and by appointment (may schedule in person or via email). Must fill out an intake form upon arrival. ATTENTION: No cell phones, pagers, weapons, or cameras are permitted in the York County Judicial Center. Please see the YCJC website for a full list of prohibited items.

Helpful Tips: The library is open to everyone, but circulation of print materials is limited to licensed attorneys. The computers are public access and are available for legal research.
