Provides educational programs, seminars, and materials on kidney disease for patients, caregivers, and health professionals. Also offers Camp Kydnie, a special overnight camp designed especially for children from age 6 to age 18 with kidney disease, their siblings, and friends.
Eligibility: Serves patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and their families, friends, and caregivers.
