Activity based program for adults with cognitive disorders/memory disorders and/or chronic physical challenges.
Program includes: - Socialization - Stimulation in cognitive, spiritual, sensory, physical and social areas - Assistance in daily living activities (shaving, bathing, etc) - Special entertainment and activities - Respite for caregivers - Caregivers support group
Eligibility: Cognitive challenges (dementia) and/or physical challenges; Frail elderly
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm
