Eligibility:
Property Tax Info:
A) Resident of Pennsylvania
B) Annual income does not exceed $35,000 (count only 50% of your income from social security and/or railroad retirement benefits)
C) Age 65 or older, or a widow or widower age 50 or older
D) Age 18 to 64 and are permanently disabled according to the Social Security disability guidelines
E) Paid rent or property taxes (even individuals who live in facilities or subsidized housing can qualify for rebates)
