Wilkes Barre - Manna House Transitional Housing
A transitional living program that serves young adults aged 18 to 24 years old who are experiencing homelessness. At Manna House, these young adults work with a team of Life Skills Coaches and a Case Manager towards securing permanent housing, stable income, and personal independence during a two-year time frame.
Eligibility: Young adults ages 18 to 24 years experiencing homelessness.
