Offers an intergrated hospice program which provides medical, social, emotional and spiritual support for patients and their families. Services are provided by a team of professionals, including doctors, nurses, social workers, chaplains, bereavement counselors, complementary therapists and volunteers, with a focus on improving quality of life and patient dignity, while also providing family support.
Eligibility: Individuals of any age and their families coping with serious illness, end of life or loss.
Hours: Case by case scheduling basis.
