Active UGI residential gas heating or electric account with 12
consecutive billing periods; higher than average gas or electric
usage within past 12 months; Gross annual income guidelines within
150% of Federal Poverty level:

Intake Requirements:
Complete application. If approved, an in-home energy usage
evaluation is performed by a certified contractor who will visit
your home to educate you on energy conservation. For more
