Eligibility:
Older adults, persons with disabilities, veterans, working
professionals, college students, individuals at risk of
homelessness, single-parents, or people who want to share their
lives and homes with others. 18 years of age and one of the
individuals in the match must be over 60.

Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:00 pm.

Fee Amounts:
Participants cannot be charged more than 30% of their income.

Intake Requirements:
The home owner and home seeker meet separately with a SHARE Housing
Counselor to discuss needs and preferences, complete an
application, and provide references. SHARE counselor completes
reference and background checks on interested candidates and works
to match home owners and home seekers based on similar interests
and preferences.
