Helps consumers voice concerns and exercise their rights regarding long-term care services. An ombudsman is trained and certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Aging in the investigation and resolution of complaints made by, or on behalf of, consumers of long-term care services.
Eligibility: Those with concerns about long-term care services
