Provides non-emergency paratransit transportation to medical appointment. Transportation is available to travel anywhere within the service area.
Eligibility: Some eligibility determinations are required for individuals applying for services under Persons with Disabilities(PwD), Medical Assistance Transportation Program(MATP), Area Agency on Aging(AAA), and The Employment Transportation Program.

Fee Amounts: Transportation fares per one-way trip are based on ride sponsorships and a zone-based, miles-driven fare structure.
Intake Procedure: Call to register for services.
Intake Requirements: Once registered, Consumers must reserve their ride before noon of the preceding business day.
