Eligibility:
Persons with disabilities are eligible to receive a STEP
Identification Card and ride on the van system if their disability
has been certified by an administrator of an authorized social
service agency or a doctor. Eligible trips must have origins and
destinations within 3/4-mile of an LCTA bus routes
Hours:
While LCTA buses are running. Monday through Friday, 5:00am to
7:10pm; Saturday, 8:50am to 6:05pm

All passengers are required to pay a fare, $3.50 each way.

Complete application form. All passengers must be registered with
the Luzerne County Transit Authority(LCTA) before using our
services, and advanced reservations are required.

Facility/ADA Access:
The service provided is Curb-to-Curb and most LCTA vehicles are
equipped with wheelchair lifts.
