Peer Support is a mobile service so your Peer Specialist can meet you when and where it is convenient for you both. Together you develop a goal plan that builds on your strengths to help you successfully navigate services, system and community supports.

Individuals age 14 to 17

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 3:00pm to 7:00pm
