Philadelphia - Complaint Resolution
Assists those who have a complaint of housing discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, disability, familial status (having children), or age (over 40).
Eligibility: Residents of the 14 counties served. Housing discrimination complaints must meet standards under the federal Fair Housing Act or the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act.

Intake Requirements: All services begin with an intake to determine if a call is for an inquiry or an actual fair housing complaint.
Geographical Area: Berks County, Bucks County, Chester County, Cumberland County, Dauphin County, Delaware County, Lehigh,Lancaster County, Lebanon County, Montgomery County, Perry County, Philadelphia County, Schuylkill County, and York County
Helpful Tips: Office is currently in telework status so calls are redirected to staff's remote locations. If someone does not answer immediately, leave a detailed voicemail message, and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
