Provides enhanced Peer Support Services in an effort to assist participants with moving forward in their recovery, encourage the use of natural supports and community integration, and empower individuals to self-direct their own recovery journey.
Eligibility: A) Adults 18 and up
B) Have a mental health diagnosis
C) Reside in Bucks County
D) Eligible for Magellan Insurance or have Medicaid, Private Insurance, or no Insurance (will qualify for County Funding)
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Intake Procedure: Referral form needs to be filled out by a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts. (physician, Physicians Assistant, Licensed Psychologist, or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner) Call for information on how to obtain the form.
