Provides nutrition education, nutrition services, breastfeeding support, health care and social service referrals, and healthy foods to eligible pregnant women, mothers, and caregivers of infants and young children.
Eligibility: Women who are pregnant or had a baby in the past 6 months or 12 months if breastfeeding
Infants and children under age 5
Fathers, grandparents, and foster parents who are legal guardian of a child under age five
Gross household income 185% or less of federal poverty income guidelines
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Intake Procedure: To appl, call and ask to be connected to your local WIC office. Staff will answer your questions and schedule your appointment.
Intake Requirements: A) Proof of identity of all applicants
B) Proof of all sources of household income
C) Proof of Pennsylvania residency
D) Immunization records for children under age 2
E) Children under age 5
Proof of pregnancy stating due date if applicable
ACCESS card if applicable
