Persons with Disabilities Program
Provides transportation to access social, employment, medical, and other services within Pike County. Escorts are the sole responsibility of the client.
Eligibility: Individuals 18 to 64 years with a Disabilities which may may include physical, mental, or major life activities. Verification is required, and eligibility will be verified on a regular basis.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm
